Who we are

InnovaAI Integration Ltd is the data controller for the details you give us on this site. Contact us at hello@leaderwithai.com.

What we collect and why

  • Booking details: name, work email, mobile, business name, and the names and emails of any colleagues you book for. We use them to take your booking, send tickets, receipts and reminders (by email and text), and run the day. Lawful basis: contract.
  • Your answers to the preview questionnaire: job title, business details, how you use AI, what you want from the day. We use them to shape the day around the people in the room. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in running a relevant event. You can skip it.
  • Marketing emails: only if you tick the box. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Lawful basis: consent.
  • Advertising measurement: if you accept advertising cookies, we record which ad or link brought you here (campaign, source) and send Meta a record of your booking (a hashed email and the order value) so we can count which ads work. Lawful basis: consent.
  • Payment: Stripe takes your card details. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the booking: Supabase (database, UK/EU region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text reminders), Meta and Google (only if you accept advertising or analytics cookies), and Sentry (error reports). Each acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Payment and invoice records for 6 years (tax law). Booking and attendance records for 3 years. Questionnaire answers for 3 years, then anonymised. Enquiries that never become a booking are deleted after 24 months of no contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@leaderwithai.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
