Who's teaching
“I didn't have a time problem. I had a team problem.”
In January 2025 Cameron Atwal was a project manager during the week and a business lecturer at weekends. Fifty assignments, an hour each, and a student asking when they'd get them back. “Soon.”
He stopped using AI to tell him how to mark and built AI that did the marking: marked, feedback written, predicted grade and next steps, in the student's inbox in seconds. That term he had a 100% pass rate. He quit both jobs, started InnovaAI with his wife, and landed the first client a day later.
What he built that night was his first invisible team member. Everything he learned building it became the LEADER Framework.
Builds AI systems for businesses across the UK and speaks at business events around the country.
