What happens from 10am to 2pm

You work on your own business all day. Nobody writes code.

  1. Arrive and find your table

Teas and coffees on arrival. A mentor sits with each pod of four or five.

  2. Who is really doing the work?

What it takes to stop doing and start leading.

  3. Work out your Doing Tax

Put a pound figure on repetitive work and pinpoint where AI pays off first.

  4. Sort your work into three lanes

What AI does alone, what AI drafts and a person approves, and what stays human. Then choose the first job to hand over.

  5. Break

    Lunch is not included.

  6. Hire your first invisible team member

Turn a job spec into an agent your team can trust.

  7. Brief AI properly, and keep it safe

How to give AI a proper brief and what belongs in your AI policy.

  8. Score your AI readiness

See where you are and where to start.

  9. Questions, and an optional next step

We'll tell you about our 4-Day Course. You're under no obligation.

At the end we'll tell you about an optional next step, the Leader with AI 4-Day Course. You're under no obligation to buy it.

You built the business to buy back your life. Right now it's taking it.

Where you are now
Where you want to be

9:47pm, still answering questions your team could answer.

The information they need is stuck in your head, so it all comes back to you. You're not running the business. The business is running you.

“Nothing needs you today.”

A short summary lands at 7am: clients updated, invoices chased, overnight enquiries answered and booked. You read it over breakfast and close the laptop at half five.

“Have you got five minutes?”

Your best person is tired of copying and pasting between spreadsheets, inboxes and systems. Lose them and you lose the one person who knows how everything works.

Same door, a different conversation.

This time they want to talk about the client they're about to win. The copy-and-paste work went months ago. They're doing the job you hired them for.

Revenue up. Profit flat.

Every bit of growth needed another salary, more overtime and more fixing of mistakes. With employer National Insurance at 15%, hiring to keep up with admin has never cost more.

“What did you change?”

Twelve months on, revenue's up again with the same size team. You stopped hiring people just to keep up with the admin and built a team that never sleeps.

Is this for you?

It's built for the people who sign off the decisions.

It's for you if

  • You own or run a business, or sit on its leadership team
  • You've tried ChatGPT or similar and it hasn't changed how the business runs
  • You're about to hire to keep up with admin and want to check the alternative first
  • You want AI rolled out safely, with a policy, and with numbers that prove it pays
  • You work in property, lettings, professional services, trades, agencies, hospitality or retail

It's not for you if

  • You want a coding course. Nobody writes code on the day
  • You're after a list of the latest AI tools. We're tool-agnostic on purpose
  • You want someone to talk at you for hours. You'll be building from the start
  • You can't make decisions in your business, or influence the person who does

Who's teaching

“I didn't have a time problem. I had a team problem.”

In January 2025 Cameron Atwal was a project manager during the week and a business lecturer at weekends. Fifty assignments, an hour each, and a student asking when they'd get them back. “Soon.”

He stopped using AI to tell him how to mark and built AI that did the marking: marked, feedback written, predicted grade and next steps, in the student's inbox in seconds. That term he had a 100% pass rate. He quit both jobs, started InnovaAI with his wife, and landed the first client a day later.

What he built that night was his first invisible team member. Everything he learned building it now shapes how we teach.

One mentor per pod of four or five, so nobody gets stuck.

How one client got 47 hours a week back

A recurring task was taking six members of staff eight hours each, every week. After mapping it, setting the guardrails and handing it to an agent, it takes one person one hour to check.

Questions before you book

Who is it for?

Business owners, directors and leadership teams who are caught up in the AI hype and feeling overwhelmed, or who are trying to bring AI into the business and aren't sure where to start. It isn't a coding course or a list of the latest tools.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write an email and use a spreadsheet, you'll be fine. The day is about understanding and decisions, not code.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop with Claude or ChatGPT on it, and your work Google or Microsoft login if you have one. Come with one process in your business that eats too much time. We'll use it in the room.

Is food included?

Teas and coffees are included. Lunch is not, and there's a short break in the middle of the day.

Where exactly is it?

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham NEC. Thursday 19 November, 10am to 2pm.

Will there be a sales pitch?

At the end we'll tell you about an optional next step, the Leader with AI 4-Day Course. You're under no obligation to buy it.

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes. Book up to four seats in one go and add their names. Each person gets their own ticket.

Will you remind me?

Yes. We text and WhatsApp you a week before, the day before and on the morning, and email you the workbook before the day.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Your confirmation email includes a receipt with your booking reference and the amount you paid.

What if I can't make it?

You can move your seat to another date if you tell us more than 7 days before the event. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the event. Email us with your booking reference and we'll sort it.

See you in Solihull on 19 November.
